Are you ready to be inspired? The City of Newcastle has recently launched a brand new What's On website – whatson.newcastle.nsw.gov.au

What's On is your one-stop-shop for all events in Newcastle and features everything from markets to sporting matches, concerts to festivals, talks to workshops, music to theatre, and a whole lot more!

Looking for free events? We've got you covered. Or an event that's family-friendly? No problem – our website lists that too.

Scroll through the featured events listed on our home page or select 'all events' to see everything that's happening in Newcastle. To make life easy, you can also search by category, date or venue.

Event organisers are encouraged to submit their events to What's On using the online form. As long as your event meets the event submission guidelines, we are happy to host it. Get your event online and in front of thousands of eyes each month for free!

Our 'get inspired' blog features curated content highlighting the many great things happening in Newcastle. This is the place to find inspiration for your weekday or weekend adventures. From recommended itineraries to seasonal activities and more, you'll be spoilt for choice for things to do in and around our city.

While you're on the What's On website, don't forget to subscribe to our email newsletter to be kept up to date on all the amazing things happening in our city.

So what are you waiting for? Go forth and get inspired!
