The Natural Beauty of YOU

Ageing is something we all have to experience. It brings challenges - mental and physical. While we are used to thinking of this as a process that begins in middle age, in fact, skin ageing starts much sooner.

Often people will be aware of more lines on their faces or redness or pigmentation in their twenties. This is especially noticeable in Australia, where the effects of the sun from childhood breaks down collagen and elastin faster than in less sunny countries. Of course, some facial lines and wrinkles are completely normal and seen even in small children.

A concern in Western society is that some people in their twenties are becoming so obsessed with unrealistic "filtered" faces that they lose perspective and forget what normal, natural faces look like. You can be proactive from when you are younger by utilising some of the effective treatments or home care products that focus on improving skin quality and boosting the repair of UV damage for naturally glowing skin. This is really worth it - future-proofing your skin with results-driven skincare while protecting and embracing your individual appearance.

At the same time, it's never too late to start regenerating older, more damaged skin. Get professional advice from an ethical skin specialist. Don't try and look like a clone of the strangely famous, but hold on to what is uniquely you.
