Sesame Street Circus Spectacular arrives in Newcastle
After more than 18 months wowing audiences across Australia Sesame Street Circus Spectacular has finally arrived in Newcastle!
The jaw dropping show is sure to create some fun family memories and is on now until May 1 at Richardson Park Reserve, Newcastle.
Anyone who loves a world class circus with some of the best performers from across the globe will love this Circus. Be astonished by the unicyclist, mesmerised by hoola hooping and awestruck by the acrobats. But that’s not all… there’s contortionists, jugglers, aerialists and the don’t forget the dare devil riders in the Motorcycle Mania Globe! Add your favourite Sesame Street characters including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie and Super Grover for the young ones (and the young at heart) and this show truly has something for everyone.
In addition to all our favourite Sesame Street Characters, the 90-minute circus spectacular features incredible artists from Argentina, Switzerland, Brazil, Morocco, Spain, Africa and Australia. The performers will leave audiences spellbound with their captivating and daring performances.
Every element within the show was newly developed for this tour, which was written and produced locally and includes the original Sesame Street voices that were recorded in New York especially for this production.

A trip to the circus isn’t complete without some yummy circus snacks. On your visit you’ll also find Sesame Street themed food trucks with popcorn, fairy floss and ice-cream.
