Newcastle Writers Festival Volunteer Registrations Now Open

 Volunteers play a crucial role in the presentation of Newcastle Writers Festival.

We’ve been very fortunate to have wonderful volunteers since the inaugural festival in 2013, and every year we welcome both reliable returnees and new faces.

There are several roles on offer and based on your application, experience and interview (for some roles), you will be assigned to one of the following:

• Usher

• Front of House

• Event Production Assistant

• Supervisor

• Green Room Assistant

• Pre-event Assistant

Online and in-person inductions are held in the lead up to the festival.
