The Multicultural Fiesta at Hunter Multicultural Communities, Waratah Community Reserve
The Multicultural Fiesta is back for 2023 to promote the culturally diverse communities of Newcastle and the Hunter! The Fiesta celebrates world music, cuisine, and communities, bringing together performers from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Join in the world music and food experience, combining traditional and contemporary elements in our local culturally diverse communities. There are many activities for the family including Zumba, face painting, petting zoo, jumping castle, and more. There will be a large range of food stalls, making you spoilt for choice! Welcome To Lake Mac
Lake Mac is home to more than 217,000 people from diverse backgrounds, so if you've moved to Lake Macquarie in the last 18 months, you will benefit from meeting new people and seeing what this vibrant city offers. Welcome to Lake Mac will be held at Council's Administration Building (Speers Point) on Thursday, 22 June 2023 5:30PM to 7:30PM. It's an evening of authentic connection where you'll get to know other Lake Mac locals, community groups, Council staff and Councillors.
